Vectorial Subway Maps
The most fascinating maps are the ones made for the subway, and they are for a lot of people the basic inspiration to create diagrams. I found this web with plenty of them and you can even find them vectorial instead of pictures.
This is an example of one picture of one of the many many subways listed:

Minai Experience by La Mamba studio
These extremely slim metal structures + the high quality textile materials defined by the maximization of the cushion properties, make this pieces of exterior furniture amazing. Just have a look to their simplicity... (these pieces are part of Valencia Disseny Week 2010 and they obviously made in Valencia, but the designers are multicultural which makes the whole thing more interesting).

Re;energy by Jin Sik Kim and Bo Sung Seo
"The bike collects usable energy generated by the pedaling in its front wheel to recharge electrical devices such a laptop, mp3, cell phone and more."
I am always looking for this bold forward ideas, to reuse energy efficiently, its a pity that we lose our energies pedaling without getting anything from it. Although I think that at the end, connect your equipment to a bicycle is simple not going that work that well... If you are on the bike, having a cable connected to the wheel just makes it easy to have an accident. And if you are like in the picture just chilling in the park you have to keep an eye on the bike + your electrical equipment + make sure that the bike doesn't move.
But the idea of reusing the energy is brilliant. I am sorry but I couldn't find a link to them :-(
